We are currently experiencing degraded performance impacting meeting processing and workflows that include the “Find CRM Record” action.
What’s happening An upstream OpenAI API incident is causing intermittent failures and delays when Swyft attempts to process certain AI-driven workflow steps. You can follow the upstream incident here: https://status.openai.com/incidents/01KH94NGSXNH9H4WBPXB3RFZWX
Impact - Meeting processing may be delayed or retrying - Workflows using Find CRM Record may run slower or fail intermittently - Other workflow actions should continue operating normally
What we’re doing We are actively monitoring the upstream issue and have applied mitigation steps where possible. Processing will automatically recover once the OpenAI service stabilizes.
